Common questions

What does it look like?

A private dashboard with your health grade, every flag explained with the fix, your conversion journeys, a tag matrix and a game plan. These screenshots are from a real Tracking Audit with the company and account names changed.

Scoreboard: an F grade, 55 out of 100, with 2 critical, 4 high, 8 medium and 7 low flags, the top flags and the tags found on the site
Scoreboard. Your grade, the top flags and every tag on the field.
Flags tab: each flag with its severity, what's wrong and the call to fix it
Flags. What's wrong, why it matters and the call.
Journeys tab: a quote-request funnel with step counts and the events that fire at each step
Journeys. Each conversion path, step by step.
Game Plan tab: next steps and the fix list grouped by quarter
Game plan. What to fix first, and who owns it.
Will you change anything in our accounts?

No. The review is read-only. We report what we find and how to fix it; your team (or we, separately) make the changes.

What exactly do you access?

GA4 settings and 30-day event totals, your published Tag Manager container, and Google Ads conversion settings. Google's own sign-in screen shows every permission, and you pick which property, container and account to share.

We don't run Google Ads. Is it still worth it?

Yes. Skip Ads when you connect and we'll review GA4 and Tag Manager. Most issues we flag live there.

What happens after?

You book a Tracking Review Call from your dashboard. If you want the bigger picture (a live website and consent scan, Meta, LinkedIn and Bing tracking, CRM handoff, search and paid performance), that's a Marketing Audit. If you want it fixed, your team or any developer can work straight from the plan (we don't sell implementation, so the advice stays independent), and a Fractional Marketing Advisor block can keep it on track.

Does the $249 count toward anything?

Yes. Book a Marketing Audit within 60 days of your Game Plan and the full $249 comes off the price.
